By accessing our website or requesting vending machine services from OnPoint Vending Services ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

OnPoint Vending Services provides free vending machine placement, stocking, and maintenance for qualifying businesses in Southern Maryland. Our services include installation, regular restocking, 24-hour service response, and remote machine monitoring — all at no cost to the host location.

3. Service Agreement

By requesting a vending machine placement, you agree to:

• Provide a safe, accessible location for machine installation
• Allow OnPoint Vending Services staff reasonable access for restocking and maintenance
• Notify us promptly of any machine issues, damage, or safety concerns
• Not tamper with, relocate, or allow unauthorized servicing of the machines
• Maintain the area around the machine in a clean and accessible condition

4. Machine Ownership

All vending machines placed by OnPoint Vending Services remain the sole property of OnPoint Vending Services at all times. The host location is granted a license to have the machine on their premises for the duration of the service agreement. Machines may be removed at our discretion with reasonable notice.

5. No Cost Guarantee

There is no cost to the host location for machine placement, installation, stocking, or maintenance. OnPoint Vending Services generates revenue through product sales. This zero-cost model is contingent on the host location meeting minimum foot traffic requirements as assessed during our initial consultation.

6. Liability

OnPoint Vending Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or machines. The host location assumes responsibility for any damage to the machines caused by misuse, vandalism, or negligence on their premises.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, OnPoint Vending Services will arrange for machine removal at a mutually agreed upon time. The host location must ensure the machine is accessible for pickup.

8. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with other users. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
